Each autograph we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each item we sell comes with a
certificate of authenticity (COA) or a letter of authenticity (LOA, for game used items) with
matching tamperproof holograms. The holograms have a unique number which is connected to our
online database for autograph authentication. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this number can
be entered on www.Zcose.com to show the authenticity of the item.
We have a 3 Step Process that goes into every autograph we have signed.
Step 1: A Zcose Sports Marketing representative will witness the athlete putting their autograph
on an item. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality and condition before becoming
available to the consumer.
Step 2: A tamperproof serial numbered hologram is placed on the autographed item, while a
certificate of authenticity is assigned to the item with the other matching hologram.
Step 3: The certificate of authenticity (COA) or letter of authenticity (LOA) is entered into
our online authentication database which can be accessed by the consumer 24/7.
This process enables us to make sure only the highest quality of items are made available to the
